At Fareast, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Each piece is prepared with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During launch periods, promotional events, or high demand, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times as we prioritise quality and accuracy.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently offer both UK and international delivery.
United Kingdom
Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 business days
Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days
International
Delivery times vary depending on destination, typically between 5 and 12 business days.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Delivery Issues
If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and our team will assist you promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our garments and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear or swimwear
- Sale or clearance items unless faulty
- Gift cards
Return Process
We offer a 14 day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact us page with your order details and a clear description of your request.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we may ask you to provide your receipt or additional order information for verification purposes.
If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions via email, including the return address and next steps.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Fees
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colours subject to availability. Please follow the return process and specify your requested exchange item when contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes incurred.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Fareast cannot accept responsibility for items lost during transit.
The same 3 day return window and restocking fee apply to international returns. Any additional costs incurred during the return process may be deducted from the refund amount.
EU Customers
Orders shipped to the European Union benefit from a 14 day cooling off period in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions outlined above.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
